May I place an order by phone?
The best way to order is by using the Secure Shopping Cart on the website. However, if you want to order by phone, my hours and studio phone number are listed on the contact page.
How do I place an online order?
Order online by using the Secure Shopping Cart on the website. All online transactions at gayefieldsjewelry.com are handled with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer, or SSL, encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in a highly encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our website as it is by telephone.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments through PayPal, a secure online payment system. You may use American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you also may pay using your account.

We proudly stand behind Gaye Fields Jewelry. If a piece of jewelry has a quality defect, you may return it for repair. If for some reason a repair cannot be made, we will remake the item for you. If components are unavailable, we will give you a refund.

If you want an item that is sold, please email me using the contact form on the website. I will let you know if I can make a similar piece for you. Be sure to include how I can reach you, via phone or email.
Can items be altered for me, e.g. made larger or smaller?
If you want me to make one of my pieces smaller or larger than the description says it is, please email me using the contact form on the site. I’ll let you know if it is possible and how long it will take. It will depend on whether I have the components needed to alter the item. Be sure to let me know what size you want, how I can reach you, and if you have a tight deadline.
