About Us

Gaye Fields Jewelry is hand made in her studio in the Hill Country of Texas. Her designs evoke the shapes and the color of nature. She finds inspiration from precious earth and ocean environments. Just as nature is rarely monochromatic, Gaye’s jewelry is full of color. Her customers say what they like most is her unique blend of colors and patterns.

She uses gold, silver, semi-precious and precious gems, and intriguing objects to create jewelry that goes beyond stylistic trends. Much of her jewelry is one of a kind or limited edition.

“I believe in the permanence my jewelry. I know that people will treasure their Gaye Fields Jewelry for a lifetime and pass it on to future generations. Simply, what I do is create beauty.”

I began designing jewelry in 2004. When I wore my first designs, people asked where they could buy them. Encouraged by the admiration and purchases, I devoted even more time to study and design.

In 2005 I debuted my first collection. Customer reaction was beyond my expectations. By the end of the month, retailers were carrying my jewelry.

Before I began designing jewelry I worked for 30 years in corporate America. During that time I felt an elusive internal battle. After retiring in 2000, it became clear that the more successful I was in the corporate sense, the more I suppressed my creativity. That 30-year internal conflict was the artist in me struggling to be heard.

My designs have been sold in boutiques and galleries in San Antonio, Midland, Corpus Christi, Austin, South Padre Island, and Port Isabel, Texas; Santa Fe and Green Valley, New Mexico; and Telluride, Colorado. My jewelry is showcased at national charity events, such as the American Cancer Society fundraisers. I sell to personal clients around the world. The Events page lists where my jewelry is sold and information about special shows.

New items will be added to the website often. I send email notices when new products or sale events are added. If you would like to be notified, please register so I have your correct email address.

I want to thank Bob, who perfectly photographs my jewelry and constantly encourages me. My thanks also go to John Bonfardeci, my website designer and an extraordinary artist.
